Stormhill Miller

Miller2

1996 dark bay stallion by Vouchsafe (Busted) ex Lucky Harvest by Oats. Stormhill Miller was exported to Ireland in the autumn 1999, having been used on a few mares before that. He now stands at stud in Ireland as an Approved Sporthorse Stallion. He is a Thoroughbred with athletic paces and a very classy horse. In Ireland he has covered around 60 mares in the last few stud seasons. From his first handful of offspring he has produced :

STORMHILL MICHAEL, 6 years, ex Sweet Sirenia TB (by Al Sirat) This bay TB gelding was outstandingly successful in the showring in 2002, winning many Young Sporthorse and In-hand Hunter classes at all the important County Shows. Since then Stormhill Michael has WON 2 pre-novice events and placed several times, including 2nd, 3rd and 4th at in BE Novice Events. In 2006 , the WINNER of an intermediate section at the Wilton, also placed 3rd in Intermediate. In 2007 winner of an International 2** Intermediate event. By 2008 he is now an International Advanced Eventer, regarded as having Olympic Potential by the Australian Federation. He is now the winner of about 170 BE points.

We have retained one broodmare by Stormhill Miller, Stormhill Matilda. She has by now had 5 foals, none of them yet of competing age. It will be very interesting to follow the fortunes of Fiesta and Comet, her eldest offsping, who are both by Kremlin.
